The Restaurant Where Mexican & French Are in Peace

Cinco de Mayo is celebrating the victory of the Mexican Army over French. While we’re not really fond of celebrating war, it’s a good time to drink  Margaritas and think about peace.

In Williamsburg, French and Mexican have come in peace. In this restaurant, they serve French-Mexican fusion cuisine, pitchers of Margaritas in a cute backyard enlightened by colorful lightbulbs and tablecloths. While live music is playing inside every night (except Mondays), you can also enjoy the pétanque field (a popular French game).

The menu is rather French with a Mexican twist. You can find cheese board and guacamole, Mexican tartare and Churros to share with your friends. At Santos Anne, every night is special. Mystic Mondays (Free Tarot), Tender Tuesdays (25% off wine), Sultry Sundays (Open Mic) and Live Music most of the nights.

Gather your friends and celebrate May, Spring and the invention of Margarita!! By tomorrow, you’ll realize you’re not having only one pitcher!

Go to Union Avenue to play pétanque and listen to live music (Lorimer subway stop) – Entrées around $15 – And if you see Lolo, say Bonjour from us! 🙂
